She has been associated with Life Sciences & Healthcare sector for over 20 years and is known for her uncanny eye for technology product innovations, new business opportunities and consumerism. Her scope also encompasses overseeing company’s management, providing leadership and necessary vision, client relations, M&A initiatives and commercial viability of potential business ventures among others. She holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology.

Arati is an astute & resourceful management professional with over two decades of rich experience in Business Operations, Business Development, Strategic Consulting and People Management.

She has been with the Maxis Group for the last 12 years and has successfully spearheaded company’s organic growth. Her ability to identify spot-on talent along with building strong foundations of sustainable client relations, have been instrumental in pivoting the company as it continues to enjoy measurable growth & profitability.

Arati specializes in client servicing, coaching & mentoring, compliance to SOPs, niche hiring and scaling delivery teams across the globe. In her role she is also responsible for delivering business solutions ensuring timely delivery of top-notch talent to some globally renowned clients, in the Life Sciences sector.

Willie is an accomplished, versatile senior human resources professional with 24 years of experience within Client Management, Technical Recruitment & HR Administration. He possess excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes. He is resourceful, solution-focused professional with excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills.

Willie excels in understanding client’s needs, attracting appropriate candidates and guiding all parties through the hiring process. He has effectively filled client’s open positions with the most qualified candidates for the job.

Willie’s emphasis in recruiting is on technical skills, excellent communication & really getting to know his candidates' employment preferences. He believes in fostering a relationship with potential candidates and keeping in touch with them to find the right opportunity either immediately or in the future. He Holds A Master’s Degree In International Business.

Ananth is bi-lingual with over two decades of experience in business management, consulting, and writing.
Ananth heads the business development function for Maxis Clinical Science and has nearly two decades of recruitment experience with local and international organizations of repute such as ABC Consultants, Hays, RGF, Adecco, and Randstad, where he led in establishing pharmaceutical and life sciences specialism from the ground up, forming a team of experienced recruiters, and driving profitable business.
He has worked with several organizations in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, assisting them in identifying leadership talent across the board, be it in R&D, Manufacturing, Commercial, or Corporate functions.
Prior to joining the recruitment industry, he served as a business writer for the Indian Express group of publications, where he was in charge for content management for two premier industry publications, Express Pharma Pulse and Express Healthcare Management.

Harry is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with 15+ years of rich experience, catering to diversified set of clients & industries including Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, Hospitality etc. in both domestic as well as international markets. He has well-rounded experience understanding business needs, possesses good client and people management skills, as well as communication and relationship management skills.

Vasudha is a Global HR Business Partner with 10 years of multi-functional experience, who formulates strategy, converts to actionable plans and manages successful execution. She is Certified HR professional, accented with additional HR skill certificates from the University of Minnesota. Her expertise includes- talent planning, identification, employee engagement, training and development, transformation and change management, performance management, benefits and compensation. In addition she also manages payroll, policy management and monitoring, Immigration, HR regulatory & legal compliances. She has executed significant organization design and ensured continuous improvement for critical processes.

Sristi is highly analytical Senior Finance Executive with progressive leadership experience fostering efficient and cost-effective global financial business operations. She is a strategic leader and has implemented and executed financial initiatives ranging from top-level strategy development to process improvement directives. Sristi has been with Maxis Group from last 15 years working on wide spectrum of finance activities encompassing Strategy, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Accounting, Controllership, Fund management, Cost planning, Compliance, Internal Controls and Audit.
