Create contacts based on Maxis companies’ target criteria and import into CRM
Clean up, complete, and consolidate data from various sources, ensuring that it is accurate and relevant for the marketing and sales teams
Assign leads and opportunities to the appropriate sales and marketing teams, based on established criteria and processes
Manage and optimize Microsoft Dynamics CRM and HubSpot tools, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency
Design, implement, optimize, and monitor automated workflows/campaigns to align with business processes and goals
Assist in the design and implementation of lead scoring, nurturing, and routing processes to improve lead management and sales conversion
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators to monitor marketing and sales activities and performance
Analyze marketing and sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing strategies and sales performance
Manage integrations between systems (e.g., ZoomInfo, MS Dynamics, HubSpot, ON24, etc.)
Provide training and support for marketing & sales technology, ensuring best practices are adopted and maintained
Ensure Marketing and Sales operations comply with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR)
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in marketing analytics, sales operations, and CRM technology to continuously improve processes and strategies
Assist internal stakeholders to automate marketing and sales processes as and when required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, sales operations, or a similar role
Experiences of working in a healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research industry is a plus
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and HubSpot, including configuration, customization, and reporting
Knowledge of using Zoominfo and other database platforms
Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets, using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and at various levels of the organization
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, sales enablement tools, and other relevant technologies
